⚠️ Solve This Problem⚠️

If you encounter this problem with TVIP / MAG or Smart TV decoder follow this procedure:

1) Disconnect the power to the TVIP or mag decoder and leave it unplugged

2) Disconnect the power to the internet router, leave it unplugged for 20 seconds and then plug the power back into the router

3) Wait 5 minutes for the internet to work again and then reconnect the power to the TVIP or MAG decoder.
